Inside Solo Empire HQ
I'm a dad of three who works in school hours, building four apps and a movement on my own. Here's an ordinary Tuesday: who does what, hour by hour, and what keeps going after I've gone to bed.
An ordinary Tuesday
I don't type any of it. I talk to one of them, set it going, then talk to the next. They all work at the same time, and they talk to each other.
Forty minutes, phone face down. By the time I'm done, the HQ has been at it for hours.
Already done overnight: replies drafted · clips cut · today's idea picked
What came in, what it's drafted back, what's made and ready, and what needs my yes. I stopped carrying it all in my head.
Pulled from: my inbox · my calendar · the apps' messages · what the team did overnight
My strategist holds the whole plan and picks the one thing that matters most. Today: the founding-cohort page.
"Everything else can wait. And you're wrong about the headline. Here's why."
Pulled from: the empire plan · this week's numbers · what every team reported
I talk to one, set it going, then the next. By the time I've made a coffee, five of them are working side by side, each on its own job, all on Quixo AI.
One question every morning: who am I becoming, and what would that person do today? I answer it out loud and open the day. Then the people on the climb cheer each other on.
Lunchboxes, lost shoes, the usual. Meanwhile the research finishes overnight work and lands in the planner.
My researcher studies other people's content the way I used to study a business: every video judged against that creator's own normal, losers included. 110,000 videos so far. Today's finding goes straight to the Content Planner.
Pulled from: 650+ creators · 110,000+ videos · coded blind, checked by a second rater
Three kids, one car, no rushing. The HQ is already working.
Seven days of ideas across every platform, balanced between becoming, building and being followed, so nothing goes out at random.
Built from: the research · what my people asked this week · the 100 days
One video, outside, in one take if I'm lucky. Studio suggests what to record, and why, before I press the button.
Pulled from: Instagram · TikTok · YouTube · LinkedIn · my Twin

Studio edits in DaVinci Resolve: the cuts, the colour, the sound, the captions, the hook people stop for, and the key word picked out in gold.
Through Metricool, each at the right time for each platform. A carousel and a LinkedIn post from the same idea.
Timing pulled from: when my people actually watch, platform by platform
Day four: your manifesto. What you stand for, who it's for, what you're against. Built on the Movement Maker Method, the same one I'm using to build mine, in public.
The founding-cohort page, the sign-up, the three emails that follow. In my words. Needs my yes.
Built from: the offer framework · my story · the Vault's rules on what we can promise
From Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and the waitlist. It answers the easy ones from my Offer Letter, in my words, and books a call for the two who are ready. Anything it's unsure about comes to me.

From members in Youvment and Quixoverse, grouped and ready. The three that matter most, I answer with a short video, straight into the app. The rest get a reply drafted in my words, waiting for my yes.
Pulled from: the question box in both apps · who's asked before · what I said last time
Live on YouTube and Instagram. Anything you're stuck on: the app, the first post, the fear of the camera. I'm still scared of it, too.
Lunch with Katie, and a catch-up on her app. Lingobelle is my wife Katie's app: women making friends across the world by learning each other's language. Overnight the team translated Katie's letter to members into 22 languages, checked every new screen in all 27, and got the store listings ready for her yes.
Right now, Avery in the US and her friend in France are on a call, practising each other's language.
Built in: letters and bios translate themselves · chats stay in the language they're practising, on purpose
The builders show what they've made this week. A traveller's world. A collectors' club. A coach's Q&A. A creator's merch drop. Built by people who'd never written a line of code, with Quixo and with each other.

Example worlds, to show the kind of thing builders make.
The hardest thing we've built: one person, live, to any number of people, on phone and browser, inside the world's own app. No YouTube, no Zoom link. It took weeks to get right the first time, tested in front of a real audience. Now it's a part in the Vault, and a member's world can have it in an afternoon.
Next: members going live together, inside their own worlds
Checked the new page before it goes live: no promises we can't keep, the privacy wording right, the cancellation terms clear.
Set up the domain and email for a new app, checked last night's backups, and moved a login off an old account.
No boss. Just me, and the hours that matter most. The HQ keeps going.
They win. They always win. The HQ is still going.
It reads what's working, puts a small budget behind the winner, and tells me in plain words what to keep and what to kill.

Everything the teams built or fixed today is checked, written up and added to the Vault. Tomorrow, every member's builder has it. This afternoon a member's world needed bookings: Quixo AI already had the part from Quixoverse. Live in her app in twenty minutes.
Added to: the Vault · the methods · the working parts behind every world
It reads what people watched, saved and shared, works out why, and suggests what's next. Tonight: this week's newsletter, written from today's winner.

Was it a Wonday? The win, and the wonderful. And anything the inner critic said today goes in the bin, where it belongs.
An example day, built from real ones. The people in the HQ are AI, each with a job.
What every one of them reads first
Quixo AI is effectively my brain: everything I know, everything I've built, and every lesson the team has learned, in one place every helper works from. And every Quixoverse member gets their own, starting from mine.
Not a chatbot pretending to be me. A library of me: my story, my positioning, my brand, my voice, and every skill the team has learned. Every helper reads it before it does anything, so it all sounds like me. And every evening they write back what they learned, so it gets smarter every day.
What happened, what it cost, the facts I'll always tell the same way.
Updated last weekWhat I stand for, who it's for, what I'm against. The flag.
Updated yesterdayThe words I use and the ones I never do. Colours, fonts, the look.
Updated todayThe lines that are mine, word for word, so nothing sounds like a template.
Updated todayHow we edit, post, launch, back up. Learned once, done right every time.
3 new this weekWhat's been settled, and why, so nobody argues it twice.
Updated todayUnderneath, it's Claude, by Anthropic. On its own, Claude is brilliant, and it starts from zero every time. Quixo AI gives it everything I've learned building four apps: the methods, the working parts, the rules, and a Twin of your own. So it starts where I am, not from scratch.
And none of it is locked in. My Twin, my methods and my code are plain files I own. If something better ever comes along, the whole lot lifts across to it. That's the point of owning it.
While I sleep
The webinar sign-up, from the brief I gave it at four.
WorkingThree ideas, each with its hook and what to say, picked from what worked today. I wake up knowing what I'm recording.
WorkingAnd writing this week's newsletter in my words, ready for my yes.
WorkingEvery message that comes in overnight gets a draft by morning.
WorkingA member reported a bug at nine. It's fixed and tested before breakfast.
WorkingEvery app, against every rule, before anyone moves in.
WorkingEvery app, every file, every night. If anything's missing, I hear about it first.

Everything in that day comes from four things. Each one has a method behind it, and a place you can get it.
Act as the person you're becoming. On purpose, every single day, so the old normal never pulls you back.
Find what you stand for, write your manifesto, and become someone worth following.
Build a world your people live in, then fill it with your movement.
The team that runs my day. It comes with your world in Quixoverse, and starts on day one.
Everything that built these four apps is now inside Quixo. Build your world with Quixoverse, in a small group with me, and your HQ starts on day one.
